We believe families deserve transparency. All rates are listed below — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Supervised Visits
In-person supervised parent-child or sibling visits conducted at our location or an approved neutral site.
Electronic Visits
Video or phone-based supervised visits for families where in-person contact is not possible.
Safe Exchanges
Neutral, monitored custody exchanges to reduce conflict and keep transitions calm and child-focused.
Transportation
Mileage fee applies when transportation services are required as part of a visit or exchange.
Billing Policies
Weekly Invoicing
Invoices are issued every Sunday via PayPal and are due upon receipt.
Payment Due Before Service
Full payment must be received at least 24 hours before a scheduled service to avoid cancellation.
One-Time Intake Fee
A one-time, non-refundable intake fee of $50 is required to begin services. This covers initial paperwork, case review, and scheduling setup.
